The hotel was conveniently located near a rail station, making it easy to get around. there was a fantastic manicurist/pedicure salon just a few meters away, perfect for some self-pampering. the hotel failed to meet my expectations in terms of room quality and customer service.
The room was a disappointment. I had to be moved to another room because there was no water in the shower on my first night.

We loved the quiet street and proximity to the train station. This place is surrounded by great restaurants in a less touristy area, giving a nice local feel. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable too. We appreciated the amenities provided, especially the soundproofed rooms which made for a good night's rest.

The hotel failed to inform guests in advance about being rebooked into a different hotel, causing inconvenience and potential disappointment.

The shower cubicle was slightly small, but it didn't bother us much. The location of the hotel was perfect for our short city break. We arrived from the airport at Gare du Nord, and the hotel was just a short walk away. The double room was spacious and recently decorated. The hotel staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage until we could check in later. The metro link was also conveniently located at Gare du Nord. We opted to explore the city and enjoy coffee and croissants at the nearby cafes instead of having breakfast at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The shower was clean and had a powerful stream, perfect for refreshing after a long day out. The staff made an effort to speak English, made me feel at ease. the hotel's location was excellent, as it was within walking distance of the central Gare du Nord station.
